Vendela Duclos 

The Swedish/French singer Vendela Duclos is a versatile singer with an exceptionally broad repertoire.

 

She was educated at the Royal school of Opera in Stockholm and has enjoyed a successful career in roles as The Queen of the Night, Musetta and Adele in theatres as Stockholm Folkopera, Confidencen and the Court theatre of  Drottningholm. In the musical West Side Story she was a congenial Maria.

 

As a concert-singer she is specializing in Argentinean Tango and she is one of the most distinguished interpreters of Edith Piaf and French chanson.
